40 meter above ground – sales start for 272 unique and affordable cooperative apartments in Bromma Boardwalk project

40 meters above the ground with views of the Bällstaån waterway and downtown Sundbyberg. Today, SSM will begin selling 272 cooperative apartments, of which 13 are townhouses, within the framework of the Bromma Boardwalk project. Most of the homes will have their own 15 m2 balcony and a number of units will also have 60 m2 of private terraces or gardens. There are also plans to offer several attractive, modern shared spaces, for example, two rooftop terraces with outdoor gyms and kitchens, a carpool and 1,000/1,000 Mbit/s broadband. Tenants are expected to start move in by mid-2020.

Invitation to SSM’s Capital Markets Day on November 15, 2017

On November 15, 2017 from 12:00 to 16:00 CET, SSM will hold a Capital Markets Day in Stockholm (at Telefonplan) and present a prototype of the Tellus Towers project’s planned multifunctional apartments. Global private markets investment manager Partners Group, which is one of SSM’s joint venture partners for projects including Tellus Towers, will also be on hand to present its operations and cooperation with SSM.

First tenants move into Turbinhallen – affordable and distinctive living in a historical, industrial building

Today, the first tenants will begin moving into Turbinhallen – SSM’s project in Gustaf de Laval's industrial property from 1911, which started production in 2015. Located in a picturesque area just ten minutes from downtown Stockholm, it is close to the Järla Station light rail station and city buses. The project comprises 205 affordable and functional one- to five-room cooperative apartments with a modern industrial feeling. It also features several loft apartments with terraces and townhouses with outdoor patios. All units have access to the fastest broadband in the market, 1,000/1,000 Mbit/s, and shared spaces including an indoor spa and gym. The new tenants will move in gradually with the last tenants getting access during the second quarter 2018.

SSM acquires housing project for approximately 370 homes in central Jakobsberg

SSM Holding AB (publ), the leading property developer in the Stockholm region within affordable homes, is continuing to expand by acquiring a housing project in central Jakobsberg from Upland Securities AB. The project comprises a total floor space of approximately 19,000 m2 that SSM intends to develop into about 370 cooperative apartments. The initial purchase price is 30 MSEK plus an additional sum once the detailed development plan has been approved. The sales start is expected in the second quarter of 2018, with occupancy to start in the beginning of 2020.

SSM begins sale of 90 affordable cooperative apartments with attractive shared spaces in the new, urban, green Täby Park

Today, SSM will begin selling 90 affordable and functional cooperative apartments within the framework of the Täby Market project. The project is attractively located close to the Roslagsbanan light rail station and is part of the emerging urban and green Täby Park area. An area that will eventually have at least 6,000 homes.  The project is planned to have attractive shared spaces such as a rooftop terrace with a pergola as well as a car and bike pool, charging stations for electric cars, a bike workshop and 1000/1000 Mbit/s broadband. The building is planned to comply with the Sweden Green Building Council’s Silver standards and tenants are expected to be able to move in during first quarter 2020.

SSM strengthens its business development team with two new employees

SSM Holding AB (publ), the leading property developer in the Stockholm region within affordable homes, is strengthening its business development team by adding two experienced business developers: Martina Bergh from NAI Svefa and Sofia Bredberg from HSB Bostad. Both will start at SSM in September 2017.

SSM establishes JV with Partners Group to develop projects worth 7.6 SEK billion

SSM Holding AB (publ) has established a joint venture with Partners Group, the global private markets investment managers. The cooperation includes the Tellus Towers, Järla Station and Metronomen projects. The combined value of the projects upon completion is estimated at approximately 7.6 SEK billion with a planned period of completion of five years from the date of agreement. The cooperation confirms SSM’s explicit joint venture strategy while further strengthening the SSM Group’s financing capacity. The joint venture has been established through the formation of a new holding company held 50 percent by SSM and 50 percent by Partners Group on behalf of its clients. The transaction will have a positive net effect of about 108 MSEK on SSM’s liquidity and an impact of about 106 MSEK on profits for the Q3 2017.

SSM acquires new housing project for approximately 150 apartments in Sollentuna

SSM Holding AB (publ), the leading property developer in the Stockholm region within affordable and space-efficient homes, is continuing to expand its operations by acquiring a housing project in Rotebro (Sollentuna) from Galjaden Fastigheter AB. The project will cover about 7,000 m2 of floor space that SSM intends to develop into approximately 150 cooperative apartments. The initial purchase price is 25 MSEK after which an additional purchase price will be applied once the project’s detailed development plan is approved. Sales is planned to start in the third quarter 2019 and the first tenants are expected to move in during the latter part of 2021.

SSM starts production of 204 cooperative apartments after high sales pace in Kosmopoliten project

After only two months of sales, SSM has achieved a sales rate of 80 percent in the Kosmopoliten project that is being developed in the attractive and growing Kista Äng residential area. Production of the project has now started and an initial profit was realized during the second quarter of 2017. Access to the land is expected during the first quarter of 2018 and following this, construction is planned to start at the beginning of 2019. The first tenants are expected to be able to move in during the latter part of 2021.

SSM starts sale of 109 space-efficient cooperative apartments with high green factor in new urban Roslags Näsby area

Today, SSM will start selling 109 space-efficient cooperative apartments with balconies or patios in the vibrant urban area of Roslags Näsby. The project, which is called Platform West, is planning for common spaces in the form of a rooftop terrace and a lush courtyard. The building will be certified as Silver according to the Sweden Green Building Council and will have a high green factor reflected in green roofs as well as sedum roofs with solar cells, climbing plants on the facade and waste disposal units in all homes. First occupancy is expected by the end of 2020.

SSM begins sale of 183 attractive cooperative apartments close to the city and nature in Väsjön, Sollentuna

This week, SSM will start selling 183 attractive and space-efficient cooperative apartments in the growing urban area close to nature near Väsjön in Sollentuna. The project, which is called Sollentuna Hills, comprises apartments with a balcony/French balcony or private patio. Within the framework of the project, there are also plans for modern common spaces in the form of a lush courtyard with an outdoor spa, lounge area and barbecue facilities as well as a car and bike pool with a bike workshop. Occupation is planned for 2022.

The project comprises a total floor area of 9,000 m2 that SSM intends to develop into about 175 cooperative apartments. The purchase price amounts to approximately 80 MSEK. Sales start is expected to start during 2019 with occupancy from 2021.

SSM begins sale of 204 cooperative apartments with attractive common areas in popular Kista Äng

Today, SSM will begin selling 204 cooperative apartments in the attractive and emerging residential area Kista Äng. The project, which is called Kosmopoliten, offers affordable and space-efficient cooperative apartments with a floor area of 24-98 m² of which about 90 percent have a floor area of 30-65 m². Correction of quarterly comparative figures for 2016 and quarterly financials in the 2015 year-end report

Corrections have been made to the Group’s quarterly comparative figures in the interim reports for 2016 as well as to the Group’s quarterly financials in the 2015 year-end report. The correction comprises a redistribution of approximately SEK 13 million from the fourth quarter of 2015 to the first three quarters 2015. These corrections do not affect the full-year figures for 2015 or 2016.

SSM acquires project in the Municipality of Stockholm for approximately 260 cooperative apartments

SSM Holding AB (publ), the leading operator within residential development in the Stockholm region, is continuing to expand its operations by acquiring another project in the Municipality of Stockholm. The project will be managed in full by the company and SSM  intends to develop approximately 260 cooperative apartments. The purchase price is a total of 500 MSEK. Construction start is planned in 2018 with occupancy during 2020.

Summary of annual general meeting 2017 of SSM Holding AB (publ)

At the annual general meeting of SSM Holding AB (publ), held on 14 March 2017, it was, among other things, resolved on the allocation of the company’s profit, re-election of the members of the board of directors, authorisation of the board of directors to resolve on new issues of shares, adoption of guidelines for remuneration for the senior executives and adoption of principles for the establishment of the nomination committee and instructions for the nomination committee.

SSM recruits Ulrica Thelin for new position of Product Developer

SSM is continuing to strengthen its organization and invest in its popular offering. As part of this initiative, Ulrica Thelin has been recruited for the new position of Product Developer. Ulrica has previously worked as a Project Leader within SSM’s marketing department and she is currently working as Sales Director at Genova Property Group. Ulrica will start at SSM in May 2017.
