SSM begins sale of 183 attractive cooperative apartments close to the city and nature in Väsjön, Sollentuna

This week, SSM will start selling 183 attractive and space-efficient cooperative apartments in the growing urban area close to nature near Väsjön in Sollentuna. The project, which is called Sollentuna Hills, comprises apartments with a balcony/French balcony or private patio. Within the framework of the project, there are also plans for modern common spaces in the form of a lush courtyard with an outdoor spa, lounge area and barbecue facilities as well as a car and bike pool with a bike workshop. Occupation is planned for 2022.

SSM begins sale of 204 cooperative apartments with attractive common areas in popular Kista Äng

Today, SSM will begin selling 204 cooperative apartments in the attractive and emerging residential area Kista Äng. The project, which is called Kosmopoliten, offers affordable and space-efficient cooperative apartments with a floor area of 24-98 m² of which about 90 percent have a floor area of 30-65 m². Most of the units will have their own balcony or patio and the future owners will also be able to enjoy attractive, modern common areas such as an outdoor gym and pool, an orangery, a large parking area for bikes, a car pool, charging stations for electric cars and a temperature-controlled room for grocery deliveries. Production is expected to start in 2019 with occupation expected during the latter part of 2021.

SSM acquires project in the Municipality of Stockholm for approximately 260 cooperative apartments

SSM Holding AB (publ), the leading operator within residential development in the Stockholm region, is continuing to expand its operations by acquiring another project in the Municipality of Stockholm. The project will be managed in full by the company and SSM  intends to develop approximately 260 cooperative apartments. The purchase price is a total of 500 MSEK. Construction start is planned in 2018 with occupancy during 2020.
