SSM starts production of 204 cooperative apartments after high sales pace in Kosmopoliten project

After only two months of sales, SSM has achieved a sales rate of 80 percent in the Kosmopoliten project that is being developed in the attractive and growing Kista Äng residential area. Production of the project has now started and an initial profit was realized during the second quarter of 2017. Access to the land is expected during the first quarter of 2018 and following this, construction is planned to start at the beginning of 2019. The first tenants are expected to be able to move in during the latter part of 2021.

SSM starts sale of 109 space-efficient cooperative apartments with high green factor in new urban Roslags Näsby area

Today, SSM will start selling 109 space-efficient cooperative apartments with balconies or patios in the vibrant urban area of Roslags Näsby. The project, which is called Platform West, is planning for common spaces in the form of a rooftop terrace and a lush courtyard. The building will be certified as Silver according to the Sweden Green Building Council and will have a high green factor reflected in green roofs as well as sedum roofs with solar cells, climbing plants on the facade and waste disposal units in all homes. First occupancy is expected by the end of 2020.

SSM acquires new housing project for 175 apartments in Akalla

SSM Holding AB (publ), the leading residential developer in the Stockholm region, is continuing to expand its business by acquiring a housing project in Stockholm’s Akalla from D. Carnegie & Co AB. The project comprises a total floor area of 9,000 m2 that SSM intends to develop into about 175 cooperative apartments. The purchase price amounts to approximately 80 MSEK. Sales start is expected to start during 2019 with occupancy from 2021.
